Certified Nursing Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Interim HealthCare Duluth. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and hygiene services to patients, including bathing, toileting, and dressing.
  • Assist with daily needs, such as eating, nutritional intake, and ambulation.
  • Monitor patient vitals, intake/output, and blood glucose levels.
  • Document any changes or issues requiring attention from a supervisor.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Minnesota.
  • Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in a medical facility.
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
