Dental Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team at Spencer Dental & Braces - a Benevis company. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support to our professional dental staff and contribute to delivering high-quality dental care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Guide patients and their families through our processes, providing clear and concise information to alleviate anxiety and promote understanding.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene instruction and provide post-operative instructions to ensure optimal recovery and health outcomes.
- Prepare patients for examination and treatment, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Assist professional dental staff with treatment, including suctioning, holding retractors, and suture cutting during surgical procedures.
- Document patient information, treatment plans, and procedures in patient charts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team and the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Graduation from a senior high school or GED equivalent required.
- RDA License for TX.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
