Dental Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team at Spencer Dental & Braces - a Benevis company. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support to our professional dental staff and contribute to delivering high-quality dental care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding patient care and ensure a positive experience for every individual who walks through our doors.
- Guide patients and their families through our processes, providing clear and concise information to alleviate any concerns.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene instruction and provide post-treatment guidance to promote healthy smiles.
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Assist with x-ray procedures, tray set-ups, and other tasks as needed to maintain a well-organized and efficient operatory.
- Collaborate with our dental staff to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive care plan for each patient.
- Graduation from a senior high school or equivalent required.
- RDA License for TX.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
