Position Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the coordination of project activities to ensure adherence to budgetary, scheduling, documentation, and quality standards. T5 specializes in executing large-scale data center projects for operational use and collaborates with Fortune 500 companies on bespoke initiatives. We are also expanding our general contracting services across multiple states.

  • Facilitate project meetings with design, construction, and commissioning teams
  • Manage budgets and timelines for T5 projects
  • Conduct feasibility studies and manage cash flow
  • Oversee on-site management of data center initiatives
  • Engage with power and fiber service providers
  • Prepare executive-level reports
  • Ensure infrastructure integrity through customer interactions
  • Collaborate with T5 operations teams
  • Support business development efforts
Qualifications

Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of project management experience is required.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with data center operations is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and CAD/Visio is essential.
- A driven, hardworking, and dedicated individual is required.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
- Must be an energetic self-starter with a proactive attitude, capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines while resolving issues as they arise.
- Willingness to travel frequently if not local.
