The Server II is a key member of the Ddcaz team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage services in our restaurant. As a Server II, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with guests, taking orders, and delivering outstanding service with a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using our Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or issues.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including food and beverage options, prices, and promotions.
  • Adhere to all Arizona Title 4 Liquor Laws and company policies regarding alcohol service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Recent experience in a restaurant or food service setting, with a focus on front-of-house operations.
  • Ability to learn and operate our POS system, as well as other technology tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on guest service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
