Office Manager

Join our team at ExecuSource as an Office Manager, responsible for handling essential office duties, light HR functions, and accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Interview potential candidates
- Track and maintain PTO for office staff
- Provide backup support to team members as needed
- Manage vendor accounts, contracts, insurance renewals, invoices, credit cards, and monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare payroll
- Ensure buildings are properly maintained
- QuickBooks experience with multiple companies
- 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks or similar program
- Ability to understand P & L statements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Benefits: 401k, health insurance reimbursement, and PTO
- On-site work environment
