Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue membership growth opportunities in assigned territories
  • Meet or exceed production goals by enrolling individuals in Fidelis Care products
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Fidelis Care products, including metal products and Medicaid Managed Care
  • Interact with individuals to understand their unique needs and recommend the best product for them
  • Represent Fidelis Care at community events, marketing sites, and in individual homes
  • Build relationships within the community to find new opportunities and sites
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 2-5 years of experience in managed care, sales, customer service, or related field preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use Sales Force CRM
  • Driver's License may be required by some plans
