Clinical Support Associate

**Job Summary**
At CommonSpirit Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and service. As a Patient Services Associate II, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, physicians, and vendors, providing timely and accurate communication.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and vendors via phone, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Collect and update demographics and insurance information, verifying health plan eligibility and scheduling appointments using an electronic practice management system.
- Take complete and accurate messages, utilizing an electronic practice management system.
- Perform clerical duties, including referrals, authorizations, pre-registration, and patient preparation, to support daily clinic operations and quality patient care initiatives.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- One year experience as a PSA I or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with an electronic practice management system is required.
- Medical terminology competency completion or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in GE with completed competency.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills are essential.
- Keyboarding skills and the ability to utilize computer equipment and software are required.
