Job Description

This ATE Test Engineering role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge sub-3nm silicon device technologies that are revolutionizing the semiconductor industry. As a supporting member of the team, you will play a key role in testing, silicon debugging, and developing/validating vital hardware for post-silicon validation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze comprehensive data across various process conditions, including voltage, temperature, and frequency.
  • Verify and validate new testing instruments.
  • Generate detailed reports and automate documentation processes.
  • Address technical challenges that arise in post-silicon environments.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • Coursework in digital circuits, analog circuits, solid state physics, VLSI manufacturing, and computer architecture.
  • Proficiency in coding and scripting languages, including C++, Python, and Perl.
  • Version control knowledge in SVN, Git, or other similar systems.
  • Familiarity with workflow models like Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ATE background or knowledge.
  • Lab experience with various instruments, including scopes, power supplies, and signal and noise analyzers.
  • Specific courses focused on silicon testing and manufacturability.
