We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Kizuki Ramen. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and calm demeanor at all times, providing a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow Kizuki Ramen's operational policies and procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Be punctual and on-time, ensuring that our guests receive prompt attention.
  • Develop basic mixology knowledge and bar duties, including pouring beer, wine, sake, and liquor.
  • Educate and engage guests about our menu offerings and promotions.
  • Perform other restaurant duties as assigned, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service, food service, or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining vigilant and attentive to customers' needs.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Must have a valid food handler's permit, with an alcohol serving license preferred.
