Server Ambassador

Kizuki Ramen is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive and calm demeanor at all times
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
• Follow Kizuki's operational policies and procedures
• Be punctual and on-time
• Basic mixology knowledge and bar duties, such as pouring beer, wine, sake, and liquor
• Educate and engage guests about ramen and the Kizuki brand
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be vigilant and attentive to customers' needs
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must have valid food handler's permit, alcohol serving license preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• 18+ years of age
