At New Freedom Behavioral Health, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Safety Associate to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our members and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the facility and grounds to ensure the safety of all members, staff, and guests.
  • Complete detailed and prompt reporting and documentation of any/all incidents that occur on shift.
  • Operate and monitor the front desk by checking in/out staff and visitors according to company policy.
  • Ensure the responsible searching, securing, and documenting of all deliveries and drop-offs.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras within the facility to ensure the ongoing safety and wellbeing of members and staff.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of security protocols.
