Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Educator to join our team. As a Clinical Practice Educator, you will be responsible for modeling our values and mission, upholding our Code of Ethical Conduct, and promoting positive working relationships within the company and with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain good working knowledge and expertise of all key clinical areas to support the delivery and education of high-quality patient care.
- Provide input and suggestions to the development of educational content.
- Perform administrative activities associated with the effective management of education responsibilities within the assigned geography.
- Provide effective local educational leadership for implementing new initiatives and existing processes.
- Help to train and ensure all market-assigned colleagues are aware of and comply with company, government, and patient policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Must have a graduate degree from an approved Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program.
- Must have or be eligible for appropriate APP licensure or certification.
- CPR certification is required.
- Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and access to a car.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a regular shift. The Clinical Practice Educator will work closely with senior leadership and management to achieve the company's vision, mission, and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of NP work experience or related nursing experience, with a strong background in precepting, mentoring, and nursing education. Previous experience in home care, hospice, palliative care, or geriatrics is highly preferred.
