About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at LAZ Parking. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of parking facilities, including garages, lots, and other areas.
  • Perform routine inspections and repairs of parking equipment, including gates, ticket dispensers, and payment systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on parking structures and equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and achieve our goals.
Requirements
