Job Summary

The Naples Players is seeking a highly skilled House Manager to oversee the Front of House (FOH) Operations. This full-time salaried position is responsible for collaborating with the Director of Community Advancement & Volunteers, Box Office Management, Stage Management, and Volunteers to ensure the highest quality of patron experience for performances and special events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, order, inventory, and enhance the concession stand, bar, and subscriber bar.
  • Program and monitor volunteer sign-ups.
  • Program and monitor ticket scanning equipment.
  • Provide excellent service for patrons, volunteers, and staff.
  • Work evenings and weekends, specifically Wednesday through Sundays, with the occasional Tuesday evenings.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite and/or Google Docs & Sheets.
  • Make decisions and act within established policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to remain calm in stressful situations and to demonstrate resilience in times of shifting priorities.

Requirements
  • 40+ hours on site, divided between show hours and administrative duties.
  • Availability for evenings and weekends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite and/or Google Docs & Sheets.
