Key Responsibilities:

  • Install new HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance
  • Conduct inspections and execute repairs or replacements as needed
  • Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills and effective communication
  • Utilize technology, including email, tablets, GPS, and smartphone applications
  • Be available for on-call duties during evenings and weekends on a rotating basis

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Ability to manage a physically demanding workload
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol screening, with a clean driving record
  • A minimum of three years of experience in commercial HVAC service
  • Experience in HVAC Warranty Service is preferred
  • A High School diploma or GED is required
  • Basic certifications, including EPA certification
  • Electrical knowledge is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
  • A valid driver's license is necessary
