HVAC Specialist

Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled HVAC TECHNICIAN/INSTALLER to join our team at Fuller Engineering Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems to ensure our customers receive the highest level of quality service.Responsibilities

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to meet customer specifications
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements to ensure optimal system performance
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to prevent system failures and ensure customer satisfaction
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements to provide the best possible service to our customers

Requirements

• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and electrical systems
• Ability to handle physical workload and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot complex system issues
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug/alcohol screening, and have a good driving record
• A minimum of three years experience in commercial HVAC service and other related fields
• Experience in HVAC Warranty Service and customer service
• A High School diploma or GED and requisite basic certifications including EPA
• Electrical background and good customer interaction skills
• Excellent communication skills and a valid driver's license
