Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat hearing loss while providing quality care and aftercare services.
- Perform hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and educate patients on best practices.
- Grow your patient population and meet practice financial goals while maintaining ethical practice standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local physicians and participate in community outreach initiatives.
- Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids and devices, and maintain a current understanding of third-party payors and payment methods.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets while working closely with your PCC and Manager to achieve clinic financial KPIs.
- Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio.
- Maintain continuing education requirements based on state requirements.
- Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
- 2+ years of experience in hearing aid sales or equivalent industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
