Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service for Scooterbug Reservations and VENU+ Arcades, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers with planning and booking reservations.
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats, responding in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
  • Document all customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding matters.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • 6 months to 1 year of previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the call center entertainment industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Schedule: Mid-Shift 11:30am - 8:00pm.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
