Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to direct and coordinate activities of vendors and workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, as well as maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of our industrial plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Maintenance Work Requests: Determine priority and assign appropriate resources to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure Safety and Compliance: Ensure team members comply with all safety, environmental, and manufacturing practices.
  • Communicate with Production and Quality Assurance: Inform production and quality assurance teams of equipment breakdowns and estimated time needed to complete repairs.
  • Collaborate with Vendors and Management: Confer with vendors, management, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and equipment conditions.
  • Document and Report Maintenance Work: Document and report maintenance work performed and advise on future requirements in a timely manner.
  • Inspect and Maintain Equipment: Inspect, service, repair, and construct plant processing equipment, including structures, utilities, loaders, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, mechanical, and pressure vessel work throughout the plant.
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance: Perform the preventative maintenance program established by the Company.
  • Install Special Parts: Install special functional and structural parts in devices.
  • Lubricate and Clean Equipment: Lubricate and clean parts, equipment, and machinery.
  • Test and Adjust Equipment: Test and adjust equipment to meet performance specifications.
  • Initiate Purchase Orders: Initiate purchase orders for parts and machines.
  • Participate in Safety Program: Participate and contribute to the company's safety program.
