Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians to maintain the resort's facilities, amenities, and common areas.
  • Participate in the hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision of maintenance personnel.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs to ensure the resort's facilities are well-maintained and meet high standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective maintenance services.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience in facilities maintenance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license with at least 4 years of driving experience.
