Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and gather information for news stories and features.
- Collaborate with producers, reporters, and anchors to develop and produce news segments.
- Assist in the production of breaking news, general news, and feature stories.
- Use desktop editing systems to edit video content.
- Develop digital video news products for multiplatform distribution.
- Support reporters, anchors, and photojournalists with content needs.
Qualifications:
- In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits).
- Cumulative GPA of or above.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
