As a Lead Customer Insights Analyst, your responsibilities will include:


Data Analysis:

You will act as the primary analytical resource for the team, assessing Nielsen, Circana, and customer data with a focus on pricing and promotions.

Your expertise will be crucial in identifying key opportunities for distribution, pricing, and placement that can drive business growth.

Insight Generation:

As the authority on our sales, inventory, and market share metrics, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business trends and offer insights on areas for market performance enhancement.


Business Process Optimization:
You will leverage retailer systems to establish items and promotions. Additionally, you will develop tools to enhance the sales team's understanding of the business.

Tracking essential performance metrics such as sales growth and market share against key benchmarks will be part of your role, alongside managing weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting.

Your Qualifications for Success:

  • High School Diploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or International Equivalent required.
  • Experience in an analytical capacity, utilizing data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI/Circana, Excel, Shipment Data, and Point of Sale data) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced skills in Excel and experience in creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ability to juggle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work hours, and specific deadlines.
  • Demonstrated capability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Technical proficiency in TPM.
  • Experience with Nielsen, Business Warehouse Reporting, or SAP.
  • Strong understanding of promotional methodologies and management.
