We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Representative to join our team at Golden Route Operations. As a key member of our Human Resources Department, you will provide administrative support for all aspects of HR, including employment and recruitment, benefits, events, and data entry.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and applicants, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and onboard new hire employees, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Manage employee files, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist with data entry, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks as needed.
- Support the planning and execution of employee events and recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- At least 21 years of age and able to provide all documents required for work in the United States.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Proven experience providing high-level guest service.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
- Verify right to work in the United States.
This is an indoor position that requires sitting at a desk for more than 75% of the time. The remaining time is spent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
