Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager, Care Team to join our team at FreedomCare, LLC. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, managing workflows and metrics, and ensuring that our team is meeting departmental and company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and serve as the main point of contact for escalated or complex issues
- Manage and monitor workflows and metrics to ensure that the team is meeting departmental and company goals
- Manage the performance of Care Team Leads through active motivation, assessing performance, consistent communication, and effective feedback
- Create a positive working environment that facilitates exceptional customer service through training and development
- Manage productivity reports and employee-related documents
- Partner with the team in the hiring, selection, and onboarding/training process for new employees
- Complete ad-hoc assigned tasks/projects accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- Experience managing a team within a customer-centric driven environment
- Proven leadership experience with a history of effective people management skills
- Ability to motivate other people leaders to meet and/or exceed case management targets or metrics
- Great time management skills with a sense of urgency
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Relationship builder with strong communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare
- Experience using Salesforce and/or Medflyt
