About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Control Engineering department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing and leading value-creating departments, developing and implementing measures for timely and high-quality delivery of our products, and introducing new manufacturing processes to increase throughput.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and lead value-creating departments to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Develop and implement measures to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products
  • Introduce new manufacturing processes to increase throughput and improve productivity
  • Act as the interface to product development and accompany operational processes in high and ramp-up control
  • Optimize process organization in production and logistics to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Continuously analyze and improve production costs, lead times, and inventory levels
Requirements
  • Several years of professional and managerial experience as a production or plant manager
  • Extensive knowledge in production control and process optimization
  • Experience in designing internal supply chain processes
  • Strong empathy, adaptability, and leadership skills
