As a Clinical Decision Unit Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients who have been initially evaluated in the emergency department. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver ongoing medical treatments, assessments, and dispositions of patients in this area.

Responsibilities:

* Assess the needs of patients and develop individualized care plans
* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions of care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

* Associate's degree in nursing required
* One year of experience in a direct patient care setting preferred
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
* Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
