About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Staff Associate/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in High Point, NC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors during the plasma donation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register new donors into our donor management system.
  • Conduct thorough screening procedures, including vital sign checks and hematocrit testing.
  • Determine donor eligibility through assessments and medical history reviews.
  • Provide counseling and support to donors with unacceptable test results.
  • Evaluate and respond to donor adverse events during the donation process.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of work experience preferred.
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
  • CPR certification required.
