Job Overview

We are seeking a Medical Staff Associate/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in High Point, NC. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of our donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register new plasma donors into our donor management system.
  • Conduct thorough screening procedures, including taking vital signs and performing finger sticks for hematocrit testing.
  • Evaluate donor eligibility by conducting medical history interviews, physical examinations, and reviewing test results.
  • Provide counseling to donors regarding unacceptable test results and initiate investigations into post-donation information.
  • Evaluate and respond to donor adverse events during the donation process.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one (1) year work experience preferred.
  • Actively licensed or certified as an EMT-Basic, LPN, RN, or other medical professional in the state where performing duties.
  • CPR certification required.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $26.50 per hour plus monthly bonuses. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your value to our organization.
