POSITION SUMMARY

The café team members represent the brand to all patrons, ensuring an overall delightful coffee experience. Their responsibilities encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, processing customer orders, preparing beverages and food items, performing barista duties, managing cash transactions, and maintaining the café environment. They are expected to possess comprehensive knowledge about our coffee, food offerings, retail products, and other services to uphold the highest standards of quality.

DUTIES INCLUDE

  • Delivering an outstanding coffee experience within the café.
  • Crafting all coffee and specialty beverages according to the highest company standards.
  • Providing customers with prompt and courteous service.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of the café and all related equipment.
  • Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Promoting personal growth and career advancement by participating in training sessions and engaging in self-directed learning.

REQUIREMENTS

Preferred experience includes 6 months to 1 year in espresso preparation, along with customer service experience in a dining or retail environment.
