About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and helping to grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure every client feels valued and understood
  • Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing questions
  • Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone outreach

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
