Product Development Manager

A key role in leading the product development process, defining new program requirements, and ensuring seamless progression from initiation to customer approval and deployment.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Commercial team to develop product opportunities and drive sales objectives.
  • Lead the product development process from customer briefing to artwork development, costing, and final approval.
  • Establish relationships with key customer counterparts and manage them independently.
  • Provide value solutions by gathering product specifications and re-engineering options to meet target prices.

  • Identify and support process efficiencies in the end-to-end development process.
  • Develop expertise in Digital Solutions and linkages between physical and digital products.

  • Share best practices with the global CPD team and execute digital sampling initiatives.
  • Bring industry trends and product innovations to the customer to influence adoption of Avery Dennison solutions.
