This full-time position encompasses responsibilities across multiple locations. The Licensed Radiologic Technologist plays a crucial role in aiding the diagnosis of patient conditions by utilizing advanced radiologic equipment to generate high-quality radiographs. Key responsibilities include:

· Establishing strong relationships with patients to identify their service needs and ensure a positive experience.

· Ensuring the optimal functioning of radiology equipment through regular preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs.

· Managing the inventory of radiology supplies by monitoring stock levels, anticipating needs, and placing timely orders.

· Adhering to all legal and professional standards by staying informed about current regulations and ensuring compliance.

· Enhancing professional skills by participating in educational opportunities, reviewing relevant literature, and engaging with professional organizations.

· Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment by following established protocols and safety regulations.

· Facilitating patient cooperation by alleviating concerns, providing clear explanations of procedures, and addressing inquiries.

· Implementing radiation safety measures to minimize exposure for both patients and staff.

· Upholding infection control standards to protect the health of patients and colleagues.

· Ensuring the quality and consistency of radiographs by adhering to established protocols and making necessary adjustments based on results.

· Documenting patient care activities accurately in both patient and departmental records.

· Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and support departmental initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Graduation and certification from an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Experience as a Radiologic Technologist is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • BLS Certification is required.
  • Willingness to travel between various locations as needed.
