Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Make sales presentations to multiple decision-makers, including hospital administrators, clinicians, and purchasing managers.
- Establish and nurture client relationships by developing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present and sell new products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Prepare and submit bids and price quotes to customers.
- Occasionally conduct cold calling to develop new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience, with a proven track record of sales growth and quota attainment.
- Ability to present multiple product lines and demonstrate a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to drive a car and travel extensively, with occasional overnight stays.
The anticipated compensation for this position includes $175,000 in guaranteed earnings for the first year, with commission ranging between 0-4% net sales paid. This role is bonus eligible.
