Job Title: Document Controls Manager

STV is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage project documentation and ensure the proper flow, storage, and accessibility of documents throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage document control processes for projects, ensuring all documentation is accurate, organized, and easily retrievable.
  • Utilize PM Web or other PMIS systems for document management, ensuring that all project-related documents are uploaded, categorized, and stored correctly.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external document control standards and protocols.
  • Manage document version control and track revisions, approvals, and distribution of documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure all required documents are up to date and available.
  • Audit document control processes regularly to ensure accuracy and efficiency, recommending improvements where necessary.
  • Assist in project closeout by ensuring that all final documents are compiled, archived, and properly handed over.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, preferably within construction, real estate development, or infrastructure projects.
  • Hands-on experience with PM Web or other PMIS systems as an end-user in a document control or project management capacity.
  • Strong understanding of document management principles, including version control, workflows, and file organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and train end users.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other document control systems.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other document control systems and software used in the construction or infrastructure industry.
  • Knowledge of airport operations and terminal facilities.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in document control, such as ISO 9001.
  • Certification in document control or project management (e.g., PMP, CDCP).
  • PM Web experience strongly preferred.

STV offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,965.27 - $107,953.69, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
