About the Role

This Instrumentation Expert position plays a critical role in supporting the company's operations and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronics and mechanical engineering, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues affecting customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of junior engineers and other team members.
  3. Participate in the development and implementation of new service procedures and processes.
  4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five (5) or more years of direct experience servicing instrumentation handled by HTA or equivalent combination of experience and specialized factory training.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $93,890 - $129,099 annually.
