Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Advanced Surgical Assistant to join our team in the Northwest Surgical Services region. As a key member of our perioperative team, you'll provide critical support to surgeons during surgical procedures, ensuring seamless care delivery and exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assist surgeons with intra-operative care, adhering to AORN standards and facility protocols.
- Evaluate patients post-operatively, documenting findings according to facility protocols.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills, adhering to Nurse Practice Act guidelines and institutional policies.
- Nurse Operating Room Certificate.
- Demonstrated expertise in perioperative nursing practices, instrumentation, and equipment management.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to collaborate with surgeons and healthcare teams.
Our competitive compensation package includes an estimated salary range of $$120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
