- Training Support: Assist the Production Coordinator in developing training materials and organizing training sessions, while managing training documentation and system development.
- Safety and Compliance: Foster a safe working environment by adhering to plant safety protocols and promoting safety awareness initiatives.
- Logistical Support: Provide logistical assistance for departmental activities, including meetings and training events, while maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships.
- ISO Compliance: Collaborate with departments to uphold ISO program requirements, ensuring ongoing compliance with established policies and procedures.
- EHS Management: Update and manage critical EHS documents, ensuring compliance with the Hazard Communication Program and supporting new hire EHS training.
- Project Support: Engage in various safety observations, EHS audits, and other assigned activities, while managing documentation in Pulse to support RC14001 and ISO 9001 standards.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess an Associate's Degree and demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP is highly advantageous. Candidates must exhibit professional communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to maintain confidentiality. The ability to multitask and adapt to new challenges is essential, along with the capability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000, commensurate with experience.
