Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Therapist to join our team in Clayton County. As a key member of our ACT Team, you will be responsible for providing therapy services to consumers, assessing their needs, and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to consumers
  • Conduct initial and comprehensive assessments to identify consumer needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address consumer goals
  • Collaborate with the ACT Team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in quality assurance activities, including ACT Fidelity Reviews and CARF Reviews

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Master's degree in Social Work and be licensed as a LCSW or LMSW. You should also have experience working in the field of counseling or substance abuse.
