Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver to join our team in Danville, KY. As a Caregiver, you will provide personal care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them to live well and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist with meal preparation and administration of medications.
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Provide transportation to medical appointments and outings.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
