Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead the transition from on-premise SAP systems to the Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll platforms. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to assess current HR processes and facilitate a smooth transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Interact with clients to comprehend their existing HR frameworks and requirements.
  • Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops and interviews to collect detailed specifications.
  • Assessment: Analyze current HR systems to identify gaps and evaluate the feasibility of transitioning to an HCM cloud solution.
  • Solution Planning: Recommend best practices and configurations for the HCM cloud platform, and prepare comprehensive reports to communicate findings.

  • Proven experience in multiple transformation projects as a solution architect.
