Job Summary:

BRIA is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, charting, and maintaining documentation.
  • Supervise and guide nursing assistants to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least one year of experience in long-term care.
