About the Role
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Global Channel Management. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide high-quality multichannel support (telephonic, chat, email, social media, US mail) to customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Problem Resolution: Utilize department tools, resources, business judgment, and expertise to resolve complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with field/stores and other departments to achieve departmental objectives and increase customer retention.
- Availability: Must be available to work from 12:30pm until midnight M-F and 10:30am 7pm on Saturdays.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Please note that salary may vary based on location and qualifications.
