We are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to join our team at Colonial Manor Nursing Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care for our residents.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supervising Nursing Assistants: Direct and oversee the daily tasks and activities of our nursing assistants, ensuring that they are providing high-quality care to our residents.
  • Nursing Care Planning: Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident, in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
  • Staff Management: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of nursing assistants, focusing on building their skills and confidence.
  • Clinical Leadership: Provide expert clinical leadership, making decisions about patient care, and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals, maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring that everyone is informed and engaged.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A current, active license to practice as an RN or LPN/LVN in the state of [insert state].
  • The ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
  • The ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • The ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
