Job Summary
Are you enthusiastic about promoting healthier lifestyles? At Restore, we are on the lookout for individuals who share our passion for wellness. Our Wellness Representatives serve as the face of our locations, playing a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and assist them with our wellness offerings.
- Provide support via phone, manage important messages, and facilitate the booking and scheduling processes.
- Onboard new clients by completing necessary documentation and creating profiles in our system.
- Conduct facility tours and promote service packages and memberships.
- Educate clients about our services, including benefits, precautions, and at-home care tips.
- Perform opening and closing tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for health and wellness.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a retail setting.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.
Compensation
