- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to meet Tech24 standards.
- Mentorship and Teamwork: Serve as a positive example and mentor for less experienced technicians, promoting the company's values and culture.
- Compliance and Safety: Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety practices and protocols.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Technical Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a related field, with strong technical skills in commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment repair.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for tracking and reporting service data.
- Industry Tools: Possession of standard industry hand tools.
- Travel and Availability: Ability to travel extensively within the region for service calls and willingness to work some nights, weekends, and holidays as part of an on-call rotation.
- Certification: Universal EPA certification is preferred but not required.
