We offer inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents, and their families. As a Therapy Program Specialist, you'll develop plans of care with specific and measurable goals, objectives, and interventions tailored to each patient's needs.

  • You'll contribute to treatment planning, providing feedback to nursing and program staff to achieve therapeutic interventions.
  • Directions are given to nursing staff regarding activity-related groups.
  • Attending treatment teams with input into patients' Activity Therapy goals is essential.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institute in Recreational, Music, or Art Therapy or a similar field is required.
  • Licensure or certification according to state practice guidelines is necessary.
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment is required.

Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, especially working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients, is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
