Your Role:

To assist in anesthesia procedures within the Cardiovascular Operating Room.

Your Contributions to the Team:

· Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care, including delegating tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel.

· Demonstrates the ability to assess and identify changes in patient conditions, providing appropriate interventions under the supervision of an Anesthesia Provider.

· Maintains accurate and timely documentation of equipment checks, supplies, and resources.

· Executes designated tasks, including the administration of medications and treatments as directed by a CRNA/Anesthesiologist.

· Monitors and communicates deviations from standard practices through the appropriate channels in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:

· Completion of an accredited RN, Paramedic, or LPN program.

· Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in the relevant field.

· Valid FL RN, Paramedic, or LPN License; current BLS and ACLS certifications.

· IV Certification required.
