Operating Room Nurse

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room at our New Brunswick campus.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Operating Room environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the surgical team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and new technologies.
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years RNFA experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- DaVinci experience.
- Proficient computer skills.
- BSN or must be completed within 5 years upon hire.
- CNOR certification.
- MSN CRNFA certification.
