About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Flight Controls Development Engineer to join our team at Kronos Consulting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and qualification of flight control systems for commercial aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop system requirements for flight control systems
  • Design and integrate control systems with certification teams
  • Perform system qualification tasks, including documentation and reporting to meet DO-254 standards
  • Provide technical guidance for the Flight Controls development lifecycle
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven experience with Flight Controls development and certification
  • Strong understanding of DO-254 compliance and system requirements management
  • Proficiency with aerospace testing and regulatory compliance standards
